Since all Casecca products are made to order , we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
– You ordered the wrong size or model
– You changed your mind
– The item does not match your expectations based on the product photos
We encourage you to carefully review the product description and select the correct phone model before placing your order.
Reporting a Problem
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at main@casecca.com with:
– Your order number
– A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review your claim and, if approved, send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
