How long does delivery take?
Every case is made to order for your exact phone model. Most orders arrive within 9-16 business days from the order date. The estimated delivery time for your location is shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Can I choose my phone model?
Yes. Select your exact phone model and finish on the product page before adding the case to your cart. Please double-check your model, as we cannot exchange cases ordered for the wrong model.

Glossy or matte, what is the difference?
Glossy has a shiny finish, matte has a softer finish. You choose the one you like when you order.

Do you offer discounts for buying more than one case?
Yes. Buy 3 cases and save 17% automatically at checkout, no code needed.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of cases in your order.

What if my case arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at main@casecca.com with your order number and a clear photo. If approved, we will send you a free replacement at no extra cost.

Can I return my case if I changed my mind?
Because every case is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you changed your mind, ordered the wrong model, or the case does not match your expectations from the product photos.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through PayPal. More payment methods are coming soon.
